Available through our partner, Ocean EcoVentures, escape to the historic, quaint and picturesque fishing village of Cowichan Bay for a half-day or full-day tour out on the calm waters of the Salish Sea which are perfect for spotting Orca, Gray, Minke or Humpback whales as well as any number of seals, sea lions, porpoises, great blue herons or bald eagles.
Outdoor Shooting Experience
This half-day experience at the 200-acre Victoria Fish and Game Protective Association just down the mountain from Villa Eyrie features a firearms safety lesson and four full rounds of basic clay pigeon trap shooting. Also included are shotguns, targets, ammunition, safety gear, full supervision, hot beverages, hot lunches from our catering menu, and shuttle service to and from the Resort.

A conservation area for birds of prey just outside of Duncan, this is where you can get up close and personal with a variety of eagles, hawks, falcons, owls and more. The centre also provides several hands-on experiences that range from a one-hour encounter to a full day spent amongst some of the planet’s most majestic predators.

With the Resort only minutes from the quiet waters of Mill Bay and an experienced operator Blue Dog Kayaking, we can help arrange kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals as well as private lessons or guided Gulf Island tours.
