We want to celebrate the love and attention to detail that goes into every meal with the hands that create it. Starting this May, Alpina Restaurant will take our guests’ culinary experience to new heights with three exclusive “Chef’s Table” events. During Chef’s Table, guests will meet, mingle and dine with the man behind the menu himself, our very own Michelin trained, executive chef, Mario Gross. The event will feature an intimate and exclusive evening overlooking the tranquil Vancouver Island wilderness, as Mario explores the history, ingredients and final product with his guests of the evening.
