Wellness Wednesdays ~ Tabata Circuit Class
Tabata Circuit Class: Known to most people as “HIIT” training- high intensity interval training has gained popularity due to its results from high intensity and short working phases. Typical Tabatas are 20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest x8 rounds (4 mins) Tabatas aren’t always cardio, they can be weights or body weighted exercises, even exercises which are just held (such as a plank!) One thing is consistent though- the results.
