1st course
slightly smoked and cured beef tenderloin
star anis- tomato jelly, sour cream, northern devine caviar, microgreens
2nd course
citrus-achiote marinated game hen
roasted red pepper risotto, harissa-yoghurt sauce
3rd course
pistachio mille feuilles
date-cardamon puree, orange sorbet
Served with bread, amuse, petit four. Maximum guests is 4 tables of 6 guests.
After each event, we will run the items as special dishes during the upcoming month.
All of our breads are baked fresh in house. We take the utmost care to ensure all dietary needs are met. 18% gratuity will be added to final ticket price upon checkout. Taxes not included, prices shown in CAD. Please advise the Alpina team of all allergies and dietary restrictions prior to arrival. 48 hours notice would be preferred.
