Class Descriptions

Circuit: Action-packed total body conditioning. Plyometrics, drills, calisthenics . . . zero choreography with huge results. Circuit is for any level of fitness, you get out of it what you put into it! Join us and see the results for yourself!

Stretch and Strength: Challenge your body to stay strong through stretching, balance, core and strength altogether in one 45 min class! For all levels of fitness, no high intensity running or jumping movements.

Tabata Circuit: Known to most people as “HIIT” training- high intensity interval training has gained popularity due to its results from high intensity and short working phases. Typical Tabatas are 20 seconds of work 10 seconds rest x8 rounds (4 mins) Tabatas aren’t always cardio, they can be weights or body weighted exercises, even exercises which are just held (such as a plank!) One thing is consistent though- the results 😊

Bootcamp: This popular class can be anything from hill sprints, weights, partner exercises to body weight exercises and so much more! For all levels, come join us for some fun & sweat!
