Introducing Our Newest Event Space: Panoramic Views & Unforgettable Moments Perched above the clouds, Villa Eyrie Resort’s newest venue offers sweeping views of Mount Baker, the Saanich Inlet, and Finlayson Arm. Flooded with natural light, this stunning space is ideal for weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. Designed for flexibility, it hosts up to 80 guests with customizable layouts—from theatre and classroom setups to U-shape or elegant long-table dinners. A built-in dance floor creates a seamless flow from dining to dancing.Enhance your event with optional AV rentals, including an overhead screen, HDMI projector, and Bluetooth speaker system. With breathtaking scenery and elevated service, your next gathering will be truly unforgettable.

Baker Room is located in Villa Principale, boasting one of the best panoramic views at the resort. This executive room also includes the exclusive use of a private terrace and accommodates meetings of up to 14 delegates. Also adjoining to Baker is a private indoor lounge, ideal for any private functions, cocktail receptions and breakout rooms for all of your food and beverage needs. Please note this space is not wheelchair accessible.

Located in charming Villa Aquila, the Malahat Room is our largest indoor venue and features magnificent views overlooking the Saanich Inlet. Enjoy a cozy West Coast ambiance that comes equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, private bar, and a private garden terrace. Open the terrace doors and lose yourself in a tranquil oasis of meticulously landscaped grounds set before our koi fish pond.

The Aquila Penthouse is located on the top floor of Villa Aquila and is ideal for cocktail style receptions for up to 15 guests. Enjoy an abundance of natural light with high vaulted ceilings, comfortable lounge seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large balcony with an incredible view overlooking the Saanich Inlet. This relaxing space is also conveniently adjoined to a separate guest bedroom for the host(s) to enjoy pre and post event.
