Villa Eyrie Resort features seven flexible event spaces Aquila Penthouse, Baker Room, Malahat Room, Cielo Dining Room, Cielo Amphitheatre and Alpina Restaurant with our largest capable of hosting up to 36 people.

All of our venues feature 180 degrees of incredible views overlooking Saanich Inlet, Finlayson Arm and the Olympic Mountains as well as clean mountain air and wilderness in every direction, giving you a truly inspirational setting to make any special occasion endearing to all your guests.

Baker Room

Located in Villa Principale, our main building, this executive room has access to a balcony and is suitable for receptions of up to 50 guests or boardroom gatherings of up to 12.

Malahat Room

Located in Villa Aquila, this warm, wood-finished space fits a maximum of 56 people with round tables and opens on a private garden terrace with a koi fish pond.

Cielo Dining Room

The stunning view from the Cielo Dining Room is what makes this space one of our premier venues. With classic Italian-inspired accents and double terrace doors with a private patio and outdoor seating that open onto the panoramic view and beautiful gardens, your next corporate retreat or leisure gathering wont soon be forgotten.

Commonly used for long table dinners for up to 20 guests.

Full Villa Cielo Buyout

In addition to utilizing Villa Cielos ground floor living area as a space for board meetings, family gatherings or private dinners, the building itself is available for a full buyout to give you the utmost in privacy. Aside from exclusive use of the living room and both terraces, rental of the entire property includes six luxury suites to sleep upwards of 18 guests.
