We offer five flexible event spaces - Aquila Penthouse, Baker Room, Malahat Room, Cielo Dining Room and Alpina Restaurant - with our largest capable of hosting 136 guests. All of our venues feature 180 degrees of incredible views overlooking the Finlayson Arm and the Olympic Mountains as well as clean mountain air and forests all around, giving you a truly inspirational setting to enhance meeting productivity.

Baker Room

Baker Room is located above the mineral pool of Villa Principale, boasting one of the best panoramic views at the resort. This executive room also includes the exclusive use of a private terrace and accommodates meetings of up to 14 delegates. Also adjoining to Baker is a private indoor lounge, ideal for any private functions, cocktail receptions and breakout rooms for all of your food and beverage needs.

Malahat Room

Located in charming Villa Aquila, the Malahat Room is our largest indoor venue and features magnificent views overlooking the Saanich Inlet. Enjoy a cozy West Coast ambiance that comes equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, private bar, and a private garden terrace. Open the terrace doors and lose yourself in a tranquil oasis of meticulously landscaped grounds set before our koi fish pond.

Aquila Penthouse

The Aquila Penthouse is located on the top floor of Villa Aquila and is ideal for cocktail style receptions for up to 15 guests. Enjoy an abundance of natural light with high vaulted ceilings, comfortable lounge seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large balcony with an incredible view overlooking the Saanich Inlet. This relaxing space is also conveniently adjoined to a separate guest bedroom for the host(s) to enjoy pre and post event. Available only with an exclusive Villa Aquila accommodations buyout. Not available for weddings.

Cielo Dining Room

The stunning view from the Cielo Dining Room is what makes this space one of our premier venues on site. With classic Italian-inspired accents, double terrace doors, a patio and outdoor seating that open onto the panoramic view and beautiful gardens, your next corporate retreat or leisure gathering won’t soon be forgotten. Available only with an exclusive Villa Cielo accommodations buyout and private chef dining experience.

Full Villa Cielo Buyout

Villa Cielo is available for a full buyout to offer the utmost privacy for your next corporate retreat, family reunion or any leisure getaway. Aside from exclusive use of the living room, dining room and both terraces, rental of the entire property includes six luxury suites to sleep upwards of 18 guests.
