Thank you for your inquiry and interest in hosting your upcoming photography session at Villa Eyrie Resort. With four stunning villas spread across 95 acres of private and beautifully landscaped grounds, we welcome endless possibilities for breathtaking photographs and memories to last a lifetime.
In consideration of our resort guests and patrons, we offer the following terms, conditions, and accompanying rates for utilizing our venue for photography privileges.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
i. Photography sessions must be approved, contracted, and pre-paid in full
ii. Photography sessions are permitted only between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm PST
iii. An electronic copy of photos will be shared with Villa Eyrie Resort via email at events@villaeyrie.com within 30 days following photography session.
iv. Any public use of photos will reference Villa Eyrie Resort via hashtags, tags, links or in written form.
v. Villa Eyrie Resort has the right to reuse photos for marketing purposes and agrees to credit the photographer
