We always strive to accommodate the time you have requested but please be advised that we will be in touch with confirmation of your booking date and time. Should your date and time of request not be available, we will provide alternative options for you to choose from.

*Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service value. Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full value of the scheduled services.
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be accommodated for their scheduled service and may be charged the full value of the booked services.
