Dining Room Server

Salary : $12.50 per hour plus gratuities and after 3 months it will go up to $13.50 per hour plus gratuities

As a member of the Villa Eyrie Resort team, the Dining Room Server ensures that all guests are served with superior customer service while upholding quality standards for the restaurant operations. You are a true professional with a passion for food, wine and the entire food and beverage experience, which you dedicate to sharing with our guests by providing an exceptional dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities (will include but are not limited to):

  • – Ensure the highest guest satisfaction by providing consistent excellence of service and giving genuine personal attention
  • – Professionally greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival to the restaurant
  • – Project a pleasant and positive professional image to all guests at all times
  • – Sell and up-sell menu and beverage items in a positive, professional manner
  • – Deliver and presenting food items to guest tables
  • – Bussing and re-setting tables
  • – Performing opening, cleaning and closing duties
  • – Has good working knowledge of the POS system and payment machines in order to provide efficient and accurate ordering and billing.
  • – Ensure all items are delivered in a timely manner
  • – Maintain knowledge of restaurant menus, including features, kitchen glossaries and technique to deliver accurate information to guests and self-educates and acquires knowledge about food and wine
  • – Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors and co-workers using appropriate etiquette and works in cooperation and harmony with all colleagues, supervisors and other departments to execute duties and responsibilities with due diligence
  • – Has good knowledge of resort’s facilities and city attractions for the benefit of enquiring guests

Registered Massage Therapist

Working to the core values and operational standards of the Villa Eyrie Resort, and as a key member of the Spa Team, we are looking for a passionate Registered Massage Therapist to contribute to the success of the resort and spa. This position requires someone that is professional, friendly, outgoing and emotionally mature with a focus on guest services.

Duties and Responsibilities (will include but are not limited to):

  • – Consistently provide professional and friendly service to our guests.
  • – Perform all massages and body treatments in accordance with protocols.
  • – Maintain a clean and neat work environment, ensuring equipment is in safe working order.
  • – Assist with all aspects of spa operations as assigned by management.
  • – Actively promote spa services and retail products.
  • – Maintain current professional license, CPR and First Aid.
  • – Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.


  • – Licensed RMT with minimum of 2200 hours of education.
  • – 2 years’ experience preferred.
  • – CPR and First Aid Certificate.

Spa Receptionist - Part Time

The Receptionist properly represents the spa as he/she is usually the customer’s initial contact with the spa whether it’s by telephone, in person or via email. The receptionist will assist every department in every way to welcome clients. In addition, the receptionist will be required to become familiar with product knowledge and provide information to customers in a professional and courteous manner in the event he/she is ever asked.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • – Answer all incoming calls to the spa in a timely and friendly manner
  • – Provide a daily report of all incoming calls as per the tracking sheet
  • – Greet every client and assist with questions they might have
  • – Monitor that clients are looked after if the person they are waiting for is busy or occupied and offer them a beverage while they wait
  • – Obtain and process information required to provide service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • – Check incoming emails frequently and distribute mail to the individuals they are addressed to
  • – Respect and adhere to all company policies including the opening and closing
  • – Inform Human Resources of any personal record changes, sick days, vacation requests and training
  • – Maintain and update all training and vacation schedules and forward all requests to Human Resources with a minimum of 2-week notice
  • – Participation in all meetings or training sessions that the manufacturer schedules

Responsible for the cleanliness and stocking of supplies in the spa waiting area, washrooms and all other client contact points. This will include keeping the merchandise displays attractive and presentable

Sous Chef and Cooks

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 based on experience
Work Days: Monday to Friday

The chosen candidate will work closely with the Gain Group Controller to provide accounting support to our breathtaking Villa Eyrie Resort and year-round MotorSport Circuit. The Accountant is responsible for the company’s financial control and policies; its accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. This position involves general daily accounting, internal auditing, and budgetary controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Follow and complete all month end procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • – Complete monthly reconciliation for all banking accounts, credit card and cash accounts
  • – Reconciling various monthly remittances (HST, warranty, RRSP and Tire Stewardship etc.)
  • – Oversee issuing of cheques and payment of invoices
  • – Oversee accounts receivable and payables
  • – Oversee internal system of handling and reconciling cash and bank accounts
  • – Support all payroll, marketing and Human Resource functions
  • – Prepare monthly financial statements and the Gain Group reports
  • – Liaise with managers in the dealership and support them in their accounting needs
  • – Maintain schedules, oversee cash flow requirements, and provide various reports to the Gain Group Controller
  • – Assist with preparation of any audits or independent reviews with support from the Gain Group Controller
  • – Assist in maintaining and improving policy and procedure documentation for complex financial and accounting issues
  • – Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes and impacts on the organization’s procedures and general ledger accounts
  • – Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all financial and accounting activities
  • – Maintain up-to-date, complete and systematic filing system to support accounting and financial records
  • – Assist in analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to review operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and operating effectiveness of the organization


  • – Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • – CGA or CMA designation preferred
  • – 3+ years of experience in accounting, resort accounting preferred
  • – Excellent current computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • – General understanding of computerized accounting systems (ADP or Reynolds an asset)
  • – Overtime as required to meet deadlines
