Check-in: We ask that you please arrive only 5 minutes prior to your appointment time as the spa lounge is currently closed due to limited staff during COVID. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, the length of service may be adjusted to ensure the next arrival is not interrupted. If you are having a pedicure, a friendly reminder to please bring open-toed shoes to ensure your lacquer application goes untouched. To ensure the spa maintains its soothing environment, we kindly ask that all mobile devices are placed on silent or turned off.
Cancellation Policies & Fees: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance for individual bookings and 48 hours for package or group bookings. Please note the full amount of your treatment(s) will be charged for no shows and 50% of your treatments for late cancellations under the required 24-48 hours.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, taxes and gratuities are not included. Prices are subject to change without notice.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. Due to COVID, at this time, we will not be accepting cash in the spa.
