Welcome to Alpina Restaurant at Villa Eyrie Resort. The name “Alpina” stems from the stunning views surrounding us: the Finlayson Arm inlet, the rolling hills of the Highlands, and the snow-capped Olympic Mountains and Mount Baker. These views reminded us of the beauty of Lake Como, with the Alps in the distance. Our villa’s European-inspired architecture enhances this charm, setting us apart from the typical single-building resorts often found in North America.

When crafting our culinary offerings, it was natural to draw from this inspiration. With the expertise of Executive Chef Mario Gross, born and raised in Germany, our vision of authentic, European cuisine became a reality.
