Terry Pichor

We are proud to have multiple award-winning Executive Chef, Terry Pichor lead our culinary team with freshly cultivated and farm-sourced ingredients to create rustic flavoured menu choices from around the world. As the former Executive Chef at the award-winning Relais & Chateâux property, Sonora Resort, we are honoured to have him lead our culinary team at the Summit Restaurant.

Chef Terry is classically trained in French cuisine and is a two-time Gold Medal Plates recipient. Through his travels, he has mastered his palate and techniques to merge the best farm-fresh ingredients into his culinary works of art.

You will delight in seasonal menus, while groups will have specially prepared menus that showcase Chef Terry’s brilliance in fine west coast cuisine.

Carmen Ingham

Our Executive Chef, Terry Pichor is partnered with Carmen Ingham, the Chef de Cuisine, who brings his unequalled passion and broad knowledge of pacific north-west cuisine into the incredible dishes that will grace the tables of the resort.  Growing up on Vancouver’s North Shore, Carmen developed a strong connection with coastal British Columbia. After honing his skills in some of the cities top restaurants, his passion for nature brought him to Vancouver Island to further broaden his knowledge of pacific northwest cuisine.

Having also worked alongside our Executive Chef, Terry Pichor for the last four years at a Relais & Chateâux property, this dynamic duo brings their unequaled passion and broad knowledge of pacific northwest cuisine into the incredible dishes that will grace the tables of the resort.

This duo and their amazing culinary team intend to become the new benchmark of fine cuisine on Vancouver Island. Your dining experience  will be memorable and remarkable, that takes you to the heights of fine dining that can only be found in the skies. Pastry Chef

Pastry Chef, Matthias Conradi comes to us with his magnificent artistry and talents of the oven to bring delightful desserts to the table of patrons of the Summit Restaurant. He has transformed the halls of our resort with sweet smells from his creations.

Chef Matthias’ desserts warm the heart as much as he warms us with his friendly European personality. Colourful, visual, and a rich experience awaits those who are tempted by his dessert creations. We are very fortunate to have a pastry chef of his calibre and a welcome addition to the fantastic Summit Restaurant team at the Villa Eyrie Resort.
