with cured and in-house smoked Salmon, Dijon-Dill honey, microgreens, fresh shaved black truffle
2nd course
Magret Duck Breast
a l’orange with greens asparagus, baby carrots, creamy potatoes and Orange Jus
3rd course
Apple tarte Tatin
with Glace Vanille
Served with bread, amuse, petit four. Maximum guests is 4 tables of 6 guests.
After each event, we will run the items as special dishes during the upcoming month.
All of our breads are baked fresh in house. We take the utmost care to ensure all dietary needs are met. 18% gratuity will be added to final ticket price upon checkout. Taxes not included, prices shown in CAD. Please advise the Alpina team of all allergies and dietary restrictions prior to arrival. 48 hours notice would be preferred.
